"MANAGERS WHO MOTIVATE"  In this fast-paced, every changing knowledge economy, finding ways to motivate the workforce is one of the biggest challenges today's managers face.  Good managers know themselves and take time to know the strengths of their employees. Drawing out employee strengths and building on them through coaching is a key component of sound leadership.  In this one-day, interactive program, participants will explore the benefits of coaching as a management tool.   Participants will have the opportunity to receive and provide coaching during the program as a way to integrate new skills.
